This hugely successful online media company, with offices throughout Europe, are expanding in Dublin and now need a digital professional with a background in Brand and Product Development. Responsibilities - Lead exploration of new market / new product development opportunities
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities
- Set Strategy Guidelines, Manage Business Planning and Market Intelligence
- Develop business cases for the most important opportunities.
- Develop portfolio and product positioning, value proposition, and messaging
- Create, develop and implement product/marketing plans
- Propose, manage and optimize product/brand budgets
- Develop global partners for content and services
- Ensure profitability of products managed
- Define and track product portfolio, product, and release-specific business success metrics
- Guide the Monitoring, analysis and optimization of product performance,
- Manage a team of Product/Content Specialists
Requirements 5+ years in Product/Brand/Marketing Management in the online sector Significant experience in managing people in a fast paced business: leading, motivating, setting goals, provide feedback and create opportunities for development University degree, preferably in Marketing, Web Technology, Business and/or Communications: MBA is a plus Fluent in English and ideally at least one other language (Italian, French, Spanish, German) Excellent knowledge of the online media and advertising market and its current main products and trends Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact across all function in the organization Excellent negotiation skills Excellent analytics and business planning skills, financial and media quantitative Strong project management skills Good knowledge of SEM, SEO and Web Analytics Techniques Knowledge of CMS and technical implementations (product feeds, API, White Label, Co-branded) Must be able to demonstrate a track record of success and career advancements For a confidential discussion, contact Ellie at Prosperity on 01-6090167 or email ellie@prosperity.ie Confidentiality is completely assured and I won't put you forward for any jobs without your consent.
